Health Update: On Monday, December 5th, Cruz saw the pediatric cardiologist. After an EKG and ultrasound of his heart, the diagnosis was "there is no need to follow up. he will be just fine." That came as such a relief. His PFO is still open but it is a small hole. The cardiologist said people walk around with these holes all the time and don't even know it. It should never affect him. What an answer to prayer.
On Tuesday, December 6th, he had his one month check up. He is weighing in at 7 lbs 11 oz. He does have a hernia by his bell button but that seems to be pretty common. Either it will go away on its own or he will have surgery later to fix it. Nothing to worry about.
Family Life: Big sister is loving all over him. Carter thinks he's cute and well Coker....he loves kissing him on the head and then running off to play. Typical Coker!
We know God has big plans for Cruz and we look forward to watching what He does in Cruz' life. We are just blessed He chose us to be a part of His plan.
